Illuminated Healing's Hot Stone Massage is a full body massage incorporating the healing power of basalt stones. You get to choose your pressure (light-deep tissue) while the soothing and grounding heat of the stones melts your aching muscles. This massage is perfect for those with chronic pain. You can also do a Contrast Therapy Stone Massage that alternates between hot and cold stones. This is extremely beneficial for those with chronic pain and tightness. We offer 60 or 90 minute sessions.
